How to use Parts Link Direct — step by step

   Register at stormparts.com.au with your work email and verify it via the one-time code we send you. It takes about a minute.

   Start your 30-day free trial

   Every new seeker gets 30 days free — no card required. After the trial it's $10 a month and you can cancel anytime from the Pricing page.

3. 3

   Search for parts

   Enter your machine brand (Caterpillar, Volvo CE, Komatsu, Doosan, Hyundai, JCB, John Deere and more), the model, your region, and the parts specialty you need. You can also use the AI Part Finder to describe the part in plain English.

   Compare ranked suppliers

   We rank suppliers who service your brand and region — premium and boosted suppliers appear at the top, and suppliers who flag stock on hand rank higher. Storm Parts Australia sits at #1 for Volvo CE and #3 for all other brands.

   Send an enquiry

   Pick the supplier you want to deal with and send a structured enquiry: part description, quantity, serial/PIN, condition needed, and an optional photo or parts list. Your enquiry goes straight to that supplier — nothing is auto-routed.

   Receive your quote

   The supplier replies with a quote direct to your inbox. Accept it, ask a question, or send another enquiry to a different supplier. You're always in control of who you contact.

What it costs

Seeker membership is $10 a month after your 30-day free trial. That gives you unlimited searches, unlimited enquiries, and access to the AI Part Finder. There are no per-enquiry fees and no commissions on the parts you buy — you deal directly with the supplier and pay them directly.

Tips to get the best quotes

• Include the serial number or PIN of your machine — suppliers can look up exact part numbers faster.
• Add a photo of the part or nameplate when you can. A picture often saves a whole round of back-and-forth.
• State the condition you'll accept (New, Used, Reconditioned, or New Aftermarket) — a wider net means more replies.
• Send the same enquiry to more than one supplier if you're in a hurry. Replies come back to your inbox independently.
• Use the AI Part Finder if you only know a description, not a part number — just describe what you need in plain English.

Your privacy

Your contact details are only shared with a supplier when you choose to send them an enquiry. We never sell your information, and suppliers can't see your search history or contact you unless you reach out first.
